BECKY QUINN | Founder
Becky Quinn-Hall, known in the sport as “Quinny,” built her career at the highest level of international cycling. A three-time National Champion, five-time World Cup medalist, and Olympic Long Team member, she spent over a decade competing globally as one of the top female endurance track cyclists in the world. Her foundation was built at T-town, one of the most celebrated velodromes in the United States, where her passion began at nine years old and never left.
After retiring from competition, Becky returned home and opened The Velo Shop, a retail bicycle shop built on service, precision, and restoring integrity to the bike-buying experience. It is not just a storefront. It is an extension of her standards.
Through Quinny’s Quest, she transfers what elite performance actually requires. Not just racing tactics, but discipline, systems, and accountability. Members benefit from world-class experience, technical expertise, and direct access to equipment guidance grounded in real knowledge, not guesswork.
She does not coach hype. She coaches execution.
KATE CHAKEY | Founder
Kate is a conditioning, mobility, and nutrition specialist whose work bridges performance science, anatomical precision, and disciplined movement education.
Before dedicating her career to strength and mobility training, she spent years as a professional dancer in Manhattan and later coached high-level performers. That foundation led her into deeper study of anatomy, kinesiology, and performance science, earning advanced certifications across conditioning, mobility, and nutrition.
She is also the founder of Kate Chakey Fitness & Wellness, where she works one-on-one with individuals seeking personalized performance and health strategies. That expertise flows directly into Quinny’s Quest, giving members access to structured programming grounded in real-world knowledge.
She teaches alignment, joint integrity, and sustainable fueling strategies that support both competitive athletes and everyday adults.

Quinny’s Quest delivers hands-on coaching, structured programming, and practical education for cyclists and adults who want to train with intention.
Our cycling programs develop race intelligence, technical skill, and tactical awareness on the track and road.
