BECKY QUINN | Founder

Becky, a renowned international track cyclist, held the prestigious title of World’s #1 Ranked Rider and UCI Points Leader in the 25-kilometer points race. A five-time World Cup medalist and multiple-time national champion, Becky competed on the international track circuit, where milliseconds make the difference between winning or losing. As a result, she is adept at bike alignment and fitting, with a keen eye for small improvements that enhance performance and reduce injuries.

After retiring from competitive cycling in 2009, her passion for the sport turned to coaching and the launch her highly acclaimed bicycle shop, where she offers quality bikes and personalized bike fitting alignment. Her experience benefits everyone she works with to build strength, improve fitness, and feel confident in their movement.

Kate transformed from a NYC commuter into a National Track Champion in the 2 km pursuit within three years of being introduced to the performance side of cycling. She understands the transformative power of intentional strength and conditioning.
Kate, a successful entrepreneur holds numerous accreditations in conditioning, mobility, and nutrition which allows her to bring deep experience in performance enhancement and functional conditioning training. Clients build strength in ways that are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with how the body is designed to move.
